Watch your child transform into a Boss in just 8 sessions with AllBoss.
From day one, each Boss launches a business built around their passions, choosing what to sell, how to brand it, and bringing their unique vision to life.
Along the way, they’ll build 21st-century skills like adaptability, innovation, and resilience, as their business grows and evolves, through trial and error, along with their creativity and confidence.
Every Boss’s business is uniquely their own, complete with custom uniform colors, a patterned BossRunner, and a self-designed logo. These personal touches make their business feel truly “real,” enhancing both the excitement and effectiveness of the program.
Let your child lead, create, and thrive at AllBoss
ENROLL NOWThe AllBoss Curriculum: Empowering Young Entrepreneurs Through Experiential Learning
The AllBoss Curriculum is more than a youth business course—it’s a movement. Designed for entrepreneurs aged 7 and up, our program reimagines education by celebrating strengths, creativity, and resilience. Rooted in real-world experience and project-based learning, AllBoss transforms traditional extracurriculars into something bigger: a hands-on, confidence-building journey where every child can discover the Boss within.
How the Program Works
-
Weekly Sessions (1 hour each): Bosses meet once a week for 8 weeks.
-
Phase 1 – Learning: The first half of each class covers a core entrepreneurship topic (branding, business plans, profit margins, customer experience).
-
Phase 2 – Doing: The second half is fully hands-on: Bosses practice what they’ve learned in the Marketplace Simulation.
-
Continuous Growth: Each week builds on the last, with Bosses refining their logos, booth setups, pricing strategies, and sales skills.
-
Grand Finale: By the end, every Boss has launched and tested their own business idea—ready to pitch, adapt, and grow it further
Program Overview
At the heart of AllBoss is the belief that every child can be a Boss. Whether they arrive with a business idea already in mind or no idea at all, AllBoss meets them where they are.
Through project-based learning, participants gain the confidence to dream big, explore their passions, and practice real-world business skills—all while having fun in a supportive environment.
Each Boss develops their own business over the 8 weeks, learning entrepreneurial concepts that directly apply to their venture. The program is adaptable for any idea—from handmade products to service-based businesses.
Curriculum Structure
The AllBoss Curriculum is delivered through eight dynamic modules, each designed to make business concepts come alive. Every session includes:
-
Focused Lessons introducing key entrepreneurial topics
-
Hands-on Projects that put learning into action
-
Marketplace Simulations where Bosses practice buying, selling, and trading
In addition, the Branding Module lets each Boss create their own unique identity by:
-
Designing a custom logo
-
Choosing personalized uniform colors
-
Using BossRunners (apron stands) with Velcro logos for booth setup
Marketplace Simulations & BossBucks
Practice is at the core of learning. Each week, Bosses run marketplace simulations, setting up stands and selling to one another using BossBucks—our internal currency.
-
Every Boss begins with $25 BossBucks for the entire program, encouraging strategic thinking and resourcefulness.
-
Parents are invited to join marketplaces and purchase with real money, giving kids real customer experience.
-
To ensure fairness, real money earned can’t be used to buy from other Bosses—mirroring real-world challenges and encouraging adaptability.

I just bought my son a sewing machine. Never in a million years did I expect him to become so inspired and willing to try new things.
Chris, J. Mooresville, NC
AllBoss Club is a favorite of both of my sons, 14 and 16. This program is really different from anything we have seen. My youngest lacked the confidence to do this on his own and for him especially, the program was transformational."
Olivia, O. La Mesa, CA
Inspiring! Watching my son evolve as a "Boss" throughout this program was incredible. I am so proud of him and his business. He started with 3D printed items, added Pokémon cards, and is now making bookmarks, booklets and matching pens. He crafts all week! All the crafting/creating would never have happened without this program. We are thrilled!
