The AllBoss Club curriculum is built for school-aged entrepreneurs (ages 7+). It gives educators, parents, and program leaders the chance to reimagine learning by celebrating every child’s strengths, creativity, and resilience.

Personalized & Authentic

Every Boss brings their own ideas to life. From designing logos to choosing branding and products, students get a taste of what it means to run a real business. This level of personalization makes learning authentic, inspiring, and fun.

What They’ll Learn

The curriculum includes eight primary modules covering:

• Marketing & customer service
• Stregnths & management
• Writing a business plan

Plus, supplemental modules dive deeper into exciting topics like product invention, book publishing, prototyping, and manufacturing.

Program Format

The curriculum includes eight primary modules, plus monthly supplemental modules. Each lesson blends entrepreneurial knowledge with real-world practice.

• Learn the Basics – Lessons cover topics like branding, marketing, sales, customer service, and business planning.
• Bring Ideas to Life – In the second half of each module, Bosses set up their own businesses through hands-on simulations called Marketplace.
• Marketplace Magic – Bosses can sell items from home, create something new, or use school-provided materials. They buy, sell, and trade with one another using BossBucks, our unique club currency, which encourages creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.

Marketplace is always a highlight—it’s fun, engaging, and a safe place to experiment with entrepreneurship.

Materials & Setup

Each AllBoss Club purchase comes with reusable materials stored onsite—such as aprons and BossRunners—that Bosses use to create and grow their own businesses as part of the program. These materials are fully customizable: Bosses choose their own colors and designs, and student-created logos are printed, placed in plastic sleeves, and attached with Velcro to materials to complement their brand.

After each of the eight lessons, the Bosses engage in Marketplace simulations. Here, the Bosses set up their stands, practice and refine the skills they are learning, and sell items that inspire them. These items can be created as part of the program, brought from home, or a combination of both. Bosses also buy, sell, and trade with one another using BossBucks—each student receives 25 BossBucks on the first day of class, which hold trade value.

The goal is for Bosses to grow their businesses, refine their models, and differentiate themselves from fellow entrepreneurs as the program unfolds. This sparks creativity, innovation, and develops real-world entrepreneurial skills.
